Our Mission

Our mission is to create a positive and transformative impact on the lives of Nigerian youth, providing them with the tools, skills, and support they need to navigate the challenges of life successfully. We believe that by empowering the youth, we can pave the way for a brighter, more prosperous, and harmonious society.

The Challenges Faced by Nigerian Youth

In the ever-changing landscape of our society, the youth represent the future leaders of tomorrow. They hold the key to our nation’s progress and development. However, the reality is that many young individuals are grappling with a myriad of challenges that hinder their growth and potential.

Chronic Unemployment:

Nigeria's youth unemployment rate has been a significant concern, leading to feelings of hopelessness and frustration among young people. The lack of gainful employment opportunities limits their ability to fulfill their potential and contribute to society.

Moral Decadence:

The erosion of moral values in society has an adverse impact on the youth. ESI recognizes the importance of instilling strong ethical principles and values to build responsible and conscientious citizens.

The Birth of ESI:

ESI was born out of a deep concern for the challenges faced by the young generation in Nigeria. Ehigiamusoe Elizabeth Ngozi, driven by her passion for social change and her experiences as a life coach, felt compelled to take action. She realized that for Nigeria to truly progress and thrive, the potential of its youth must be nurtured and harnessed.

Empowering the Youth:

ESI’s core initiatives are designed to empower the youth on multiple fronts, ensuring they are well-equipped for the challenges of today and tomorrow. Through our education and enlightenment campaigns, we aim to eradicate social vices and promote a culture of responsibility and empathy. These efforts inspire young people to make positive choices that benefit both themselves and their communities.

Our youth empowerment and skills acquisition programs are central to our mission. We provide training in valuable trades and entrepreneurial skills, preparing participants for success in the modern workforce. With hands-on experience and mentorship, we help young individuals turn their passions into viable careers, fostering a generation of skilled professionals and innovative entrepreneurs.
