Who we are?

Ehiliz Support Initiative (ESI) is a passionate and people-focused non-profit organization, founded by Ehigiamusoe Elizabeth Ngozi, a seasoned social crusader and life coach. With deep roots in community development and youth empowerment, ESI is committed to addressing the critical challenges facing Nigerian youth today.

Ehigiamusoe Elizabeth Ngozi

 I am a United Nations Ambassador for Peace(AFP) through the Universal Peace Foundation (UPF), a Global Network of Peace builders. I had 16 years in a rewarding banking career before moving into financial services management and then retraining in 2015 as a life/youth coach. My first set of experiences on youth coaching and mentoring made me extremely passionate about enhancing other people’s lives, by helping them learn skills that will allow them to make successful and positive change. I am highly motivated and believe young adults must be constantly setting new and exciting goals as they transition through the different phases of their lives.
